Bridge Club

The Kentlands Bridge Club at welcomes all players who are interested in the game of bridge. Bridge is a fun and strategic game for four players (two teams of two) using a standard deck of playing cards.
There is no commitment to play every week, although there is a core group of regulars who do.  Many of our players prefer to play occasionally.  
We play every Wednesday afternoon at the Carriage House, from 1 to 4. 
We can host up to 16 players  No cost to participate.
We cannot accommodate “drop ins”, due to time and space limitations.  However, there is ample opportunity to play.  Please contact us to arrange a date to play and meet the group!   We would love to meet you! 

For several years, the what is now the Kentlands Community Bridge Group played weekly at the OASIS facility at Lake Forest Mall in Gaithersburg. OASIS closed its facility at the Mall around 2007.

Members of the bridge group decided they did not want to commute to Montgomery Mall where room was available.  The group began to meet in our members’ homes. As it became more difficult to find homes large enough for all of us to meet, the number of participants dropped. 

In 2008 the group arranged to meet weekly in the Carriage House. The group quickly came back together and grew to five tables with thirty active players.
